To change its color, right-click the note and then click the color you want.
To change its size, drag it from its bottom right corner.
To open a new Sticky Note, type sticky in start search and hit Enter.

Type the following command to remove Sticky Notes from your PC.
On my PC, it is Microsoft.MicrosoftStickyNotes_1.1.7.0_圆4_8wekyb3d8bbwe.
Note down the value in front of the PackageFullName.
You just have to look for the app with Name: Microsoft.MicrsosoftStickyNotes. If you have any other apps with the word “sticky” in their name, they will be listed here too. This will list the Sticky notes app on the top.
Type Get-AppxPackage -name *Sticky* and press Enter.
Right-click on it and run as administrator.
Type PowerShell in the start menu search.
Once you have made a backup of the plum.cache file, you can safely uninstall the app.
In this folder, go to LocalCache and copy the plum.cache file somewhere safe.
On my PC, this folder is Microsoft.MicrosoftStickyNotes_8wekyb3d8bbwe.
Look for a folder starting with Microsoft.MicrosoftStickyNotes_name (name is an alphanumeric value).
Head over to C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Packages directory.
